- You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.
- Send it back unworn and unwashed within 14 days of telling us.
- Refund within 14 days of it reaching us. You pay return postage, unless it's faulty or wrong.
Changing your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, without giving a reason. This applies to everything we sell, including items printed to order.
How to cancel
- Email hello@mildfeelings.com with your order number and what you're returning. Or send us the form at the bottom of this page. Any clear statement works.
- We reply with the return address.
- Post it back within 14 days of telling us. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt: it's your responsibility until it reaches us.
Condition
Please return it as you got it: unworn, unwashed, with no smells or marks. You can try it on the way you would in a shop. If it comes back worn or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
Your refund
We refund the item price and the standard delivery you paid, to the card you used, within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof you posted it, if that comes first). You pay the cost of sending it back. If you return only part of an order, we refund the delivery only if the whole order comes back.
Faulty, damaged or wrong
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@mildfeelings.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll pay for the return and either refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. This is on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which our policies never reduce.
Print that cracks or fades badly within a reasonable time, following the care label, counts as faulty.
Exchanges
Because most items are printed to order, the quickest way to get a different size is to return the first one for a refund and place a new order.

You don't have to use this, but you can copy it into an email:
