Where we deliver
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Some Scottish Highlands and island postcodes can take a day or two longer. We don't ship outside the UK yet.
How long it takes
Most of what we sell is printed after you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Printing and packing usually takes 1 to 3 working days, then Royal Mail or a courier delivers it in 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays start on the next working day.
These are honest estimates, not promises. If something is going to be late, we'll email you.

Tracking
When your order is posted we email you a tracking number and a link.
If it doesn't arrive
If tracking hasn't moved for 5 working days, or it says delivered and it isn't, email hello@mildfeelings.com with your order number. Until it's delivered to you, it's our responsibility, so we'll chase it, then resend or refund.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away: we can change it until the order has gone to print, which is usually within a few hours.
